Refund Policy — Lotus Essence Keyz LLC

At Lotus Essence Keyz LLC, our products span both digital downloads and physical goods. Please review the policy that applies to your purchase below.

Digital Products

All sales on digital products are generally final. However, if you experience a technical problem, are unable to access or download your purchase, or received the wrong product, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date by contacting us at contact@lotusessencekeyz.com. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not offer refunds on digital products for change of mind or accidental purchases after the product has been accessed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Physical Products

Many of our physical products are custom made to order and are not produced until your order is placed. Because of this, returns are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, you must submit a refund or return request by email to contact@lotusessencekeyz.com within 7 days of receipt of your item. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We do not guarantee approval unless a legitimate reason is provided (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item received).

Dropship & Third-Party Vendor Products

Some products in our store are fulfilled by outside vendors or dropshipping partners. If you have an issue with one of these items, please submit your request by email to contact@lotusessencekeyz.com within 7 days of receipt of your item. Include your order number and details about the issue. We will review your request with our vendor and respond as soon as possible. Refund approvals are not guaranteed and are subject to vendor policies. We do not approve requests without a legitimate reason.
